Jen and I have been practicing real
estate for 20 years. We do no personal marketing. Almost all of our business is
repeat and referrals. Except for those like yourself that find us on the
Internet.
OUR PHILOSOPHY:
We 'ARE NOT' Interested in doing a deal
with you. We have been blessed to be in the top 1% of all agents Nationally for
the past 12 year. We do not need to do a deal with you to pay our bill, or
eat….. obviously we need to sell real estate, that is our profession. But
whether you purchase a new home, this week, or month, or this year…
whether it is a $50,000 modular or a $3,000,000 estate, we will treat you with
the professionalism and respect you expect and deserve.
WE WANT TO BE YOUR BROKERS FOR LIFE:
You may not purchase another home or sell
the home you are now looking for, but if we have provided the service you
expect, then if you are at work, or church or shopping, etc. and someone
mentions that they are considering buying or selling, you would immediately
say… "You need to call my brokers, Don and Jennifer Smith"..
